Michael has lived in Fillmore since 1970 and worked in the real estate industry for ten years. He has been active in the local community in a variety of ways, from serving as a past city council member and past mayor, to currently being the Fillmore Chamber of Commerce president. In addition to being involved in local issues Michael has also been active on a county level, having served most recently on the Ventura County Association of Realtors Board of Directors. Other regional boards he has served on include the Air Pollution Control District Board of Directors as well as the Ventura County 4-H Board of Directors.

For the past eight years Michael has been very active in providing market analysis of local properties for the banking industry as it relates to Ventura County. This knowledge allows him to stay abreast of any an ever changing marketplace and he can use this understanding to provide his client base with the most up to date price trends possible in the county.

Michael prides himself on putting his clients first, with honesty and integrity. It is his wish that his clients be as informed as is possible, thus they can make the best decisions for themselves during what can be a very important time in their lives.
